SHIPPING INFORMATION:

Our standard shipping method is Federal Express Ground. Rush shipment is available for an additional fee. Most orders are processed within one or two days of receipt. Stock items ship within one or two business days. Business days are Monday-Friday excluding federal holidays.

ORDER TRACKING:

Up to the minute order information is available 24/7 via this automated service. If you have your order number along with your billing zip-code, you can obtain the latest information on your order including tracking and in-transit information.

ORDER CANCELLATION:

Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are cancelled by our system for various reasons. Some reasons are:
-Item(s) not available.

-Difficulty in processing your payment information

-Cannot ship to address provided

-Duplicate order was placed

-Cancelled due to a customer request

If your order is cancelled, you will receive an important notice regarding your order via e-mail which will explain the reason for the cancellation. You will not be billed for any cancelled items.

Changing or Canceling Your Order

Our system is designed to fill orders and get them on their way as quickly as possible. You may cancel an order if it has not shipped. Once an order shipped, orders can not be cancelled. Simply items you do not want by following our Return Instructions outlined below.

RETURN POLICY:

To ensure your satisfaction, Zasha offers a 30-day easy return policy. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return any item in its original condition within 30 days of the date of shipment for a refund or an exchange. Note that custom orders are not returnable, including custom-sizing or special orders.

Prior to returning any item, you must contact Zasha’s returns department by simply completing the RMA form for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Zasha in turn shall provide you written instructions on how to return product. Zasha will provide a full refund or store credit less original shipping and insurance charges for all items received within 30 days of when the items were shipped, provided the items are unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and free of defects.


Items received after 30 days but within 45 days will qualify for store credit only. No returns are accepted after 45 days from the ship date. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a defective product, to be eligible for ra return, you must notify us within three (3) days of receiving the product. Zasha shall not be responsible for return shipping charges.

We accept returns for refunds or exchanges on all Zasha Jewelry, with the exception of items that have been worn, or altered or damaged in any way. Items will only be accepted if returned with original packaging documentation, as specified below.
Please follow the instructions below to return an order:

1. Call Zasha customer service toll-free at (866) 927-4248 for a Return Authorization Code.
2. Package the return in the original shipping carton or a small cardboard shipping box. Please be sure to secure the package with appropriate packing materials, as contents may shift and become damaged n transit.
3. Include your Return Authorization Code on the Shipping Label and return documentation. If you do not have a Returns Label, please write the Return Authorization Code on the box next to the shipping address.
4. Ship the item to:

5. Ship the item by registered U.S. mail, fully insured for the value of the item.

Please request a return receipt for your records. Note: FedEx will not insure valuable jewelry. Zasha is not responsible for items lost during transit while being returned.

We will notify you once we've received and processed your returned item. If you request a refund, your account will be credited within Ten (10) days of this notification. Please note that any unauthorized, improperly packaged, or non-insured returns will be returned to sender without credit.

PRICING ADJUSTMENT:

We will make sale price adjustment on previously purchased items for 15 days only. To request a price adjustment, please email us with your name and your original order number. Upon review and approval of your request, we will credit your account for the adjustment within 10 days.

CUSTOMIZATION/SPECIAL ORDERS:

We can custom-size certain products upon request. Please note that custom-sized orders are not returnable under any circumtances. We regret that we can not offer special customization of our products at this time.

SALES TAX:

Currently Zasha only charges taxes on shipments to California.

PAYMENT METHOD:

We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover and Paypal.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY AND PRICING:

Occasionally we might be back-order on certain items. If an item is back-ordered, we will advise you when it will be available.

Although it happens infrequently, data may be inaccurately displayed on our site due to system errors. While we make every attempt to avoid these errors, they may occur. We reserve the right to correct any and all errors when they do occur and we do not honor inaccurate or erroneous prices. Our prices are also subject to change without notice. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause.
